Advanced planning is critical to the success of the installation and we will work with you to ensure that each element of the project is in place at the designated time.

The Holbrook project manager will work in close cooperation with your key stakeholders to derive a plan that documents and manages:

• Installation of software
• Porting of data from existing systems
• System set up & configuration
• Training

Training

Holbrook is able to provide a full range of training services to suit an array of businesses, from small sole traders to large corporations.

Typically we would recommend a combination of consultancy, group and one-on-one training to ensure that your staff approaches the new system with confidence and the knowledge that they can use it to best advantage.

Training programes and schedules are designed for each customer. This will be discussed and planned during the initial project planning day. Typically key managers are trained in all aspects of the software and operators are usually trained in just those areas that they will use.
